To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Courier costs for the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is approved
No restocking fee is applied for returns of non-defective items.

We do not offer direct exchange. The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original product.
Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
