Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order. This policy explains how cancellations and changes apply to these purchases.

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available in our inventory.

Payment may be collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled and dispatched at a later date once stock becomes available.

Out-of-stock pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be cancelled.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
After fulfilment, you may request a full or partial refund in line with our Returns Policy.
Customised pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
